GS1200SS, I am not much of a sport bike guy. I have a few friends who ride and love them, but this is one I think I would like to ride. From what I have read it was only sold in japan and europe, and was based off the 1200 bandit frame. If I ever come across a 1200 bandit at a good price I may just pick it up to do my take on this bike.

Took the sporty out today for a bit today. Sure wish there were more exciting roads to ride close to me.

At this point I got the springer lowered, rear shocks lowered and allot of fabrication started. I was going to run these bars but ended up putting them on my sporty. I got a set coming from Rene at Mercurymoto.

Been a little nerve racking the last couple days. I have never purchased a bike off e-bay before. My new to me FXR is supposed to be picked up by the shipping company today, but sweating bullets cause the seller still did not have my check in hand as of last night. I can't wait to get it here, see it in person and start taking all the crap off and putting the stock stuff back on. Off to get some more work done on the softail.

Like I said my first attempt at a tank. I know what I want, skinny and tall, just working on making it all come together. I got my fender in and things are coming together.
